Google Introduces New Favicon

What is a Favicon? Many readers might be asking…well, to clear it up for anyone that doesn’t know, a favicon is that small little icon you see in the left hand corner of your open tabs. It is basically a small graphical representation which appearsĀ  in the address bar, tabs and your favorites and possibly one or two other places.

Google had two and has just introduced a third, if you look at the picture below you get to see all three, starting from the right is the oldest and the newest one is the most colorful on the left.
